The guide
Free stretches for a stiff neck, tight back, sore hips and knees
Sitting at a desk, commuting or training hard can leave your neck, shoulders, lower back, hips and hamstrings feeling tight or achy. Ogo Reset builds a short mobility routine for exactly where you feel it, then talks you through each stretch with a timer. It takes 2, 5 or 10 minutes and works on any phone or laptop.
Stretches for neck and shoulder stiffness
Hours looking at a screen pull the head forward and round the shoulders. Gentle neck tilts, chin tucks and shoulder rolls help ease tension from desk work and phone use.
Mobility for lower back tightness
A stiff lower back after sitting is common. Easy spinal rotations, cat-cow and hip hinges get the back moving again without needing a mat or a gym.
Tight hips and hamstrings from sitting
Sitting shortens the hip flexors and hamstrings. Hip flexor stretches and hamstring holds help before a run, the gym, football or bed. Tell Ogo Reset what's next and it picks active warm-up moves or slower, longer holds to match.
Stretches for stiff or achy knees
Knee stiffness often comes from tight muscles around the joint rather than the knee itself. Tight quads, hamstrings, calves and hips can all pull on the knee after sitting, running or squatting. Tap those areas in Ogo Reset for a gentle routine that loosens what surrounds the knee.
Tight calves and stiff ankles
Calf stretches and ankle circles help if you stand all day, run regularly or wear stiff shoes. Good ankle movement also takes pressure off the knees and hips.
Mobility routines for every part of your day
Choose a quick desk stretch routine between meetings, a dynamic warm up before running, the gym or football, a reset after the commute, or slow stretches before bed to help you wind down.
How often should I stretch?
Little and often beats one long session. A few minutes whenever you feel stiff, a couple of times a day, is a great start. Read more in I feel tight. What should I do?
Ogo Reset is for everyday stiffness, not injury. If pain is sharp, getting worse, follows an injury or comes with numbness or tingling, stop and speak to a GP or physiotherapist.
