Who we are
Ogo ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this site. If you have any questions, get in touch at hello@mo7ion.co.
What we collect
When you sign up via the "Stay connected" form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the timestamp of your sign-up, and basic browser information (user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To send you occasional updates about Ogo — new tools, content, and events. We only contact you because you actively opted in. Our lawful basis under UK & EU GDPR is your consent.
How we store it
Your details are stored securely in our backend (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@mo7ion.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use minimal browser storage (sessionStorage) only to remember whether you've already seen the sign-up popup, so we don't show it to you twice. No tracking cookies are set.
